Shipping & Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Poet Society purchase. Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

To start a return, you can contact us at mypoetsociety@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]

  •  Once the return is approved to ship, customers are responsible for return shipping.
  • Once your return is received and approved, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will issue your refund.

*** Return request submissions will be approved or denied for shipping in 1-2 business days

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES

We are unable to provide automatic exchanges for international orders at this time. Should you require a different size, color, or item you have received, please return your order following the instructions above and place a new order for your desired item on our website at poetsocietyshop.com

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
